Payment Policy

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS: When you book with Glentanner Park Centre, the payment for one night of your stay is required to secure your booking. The balance is then payable on check-in/the day of arrival.

ACTIVITY BOOKINGS: Activity reservations are subject to availability and will be processed within 2 days. We will send a credit card pay link for the activity cost and your trip will be confirmed when we have received payment. We will send a confirmation voucher and all information when payment has been received.

We accept VISA and MasterCard for your bookings. All card payment transactions for accommodation and activities will incur a 2% surcharge.

Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees, in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider. We are not responsible for currency conversion or any fees imposed by your credit card provider and any questions relating to such matters should be directed to them.

Cancellation Policy

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS: We have a 24-hour cancellation and amendment policy. You are required to notify us before 2pm on the day prior to the reservation date, or you will not be refunded for the nights booked within this cancellation period. Please note that if you fail to show up for your first night's stay, your room will be released for sale for the remainder of your nights booked.

ACTIVITY BOOKINGS: You are required to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the date of your activity or you will not be refunded for the cost of the activity. Credit card details are held secure. Please contact our staff for activity specific information.

Child Policy

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS:
- Children are considered to be 2 - 14 years (child prices)
- Infants are considered to be 0 - 2 years (free of charge)

Other

Pets may be allowed upon arrangement, please contact our team to discuss. Please note that strictly no animals are allowed in Aoraki Mount Cook National Park as per the Department of Conservation.

CREDIT CARD/BOND POLICY for ACCOMMODATION USERS ONLY

Credit Card/Bond: If in the course of a guests stay during period of use, and/or any visitors of the guest to that unit and complex, should any unforeseen expenses become apparent the guests account/credit card will be charged an amount appropriate to the expense, at a rate determined by the management of Glentanner Park.

Fees chargeable to guest accounts may include, but are not limited to:
- Damage due to smoking in units - all units are non-smoking
- Unit degradation (such as vomit, bodily waste, general damage, pet/animal, excessive cleaning and rubbish).
- Stolen or damaged unit items.
- Lost or stolen keys - $20 replacement.
- Any problem sufficient to result in the unit being withdrawn from its ability to be sold may result in extra daily room tariffs being charged based on business demand at the discretion of the managers.

Keys: You agree to return the key for the unit at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge of $20 for the replacement of keys should you lose or fail to return them. Upon leaving the motel unit for any event in any absence and for any period of time the responsibility to lock the unit is the guests. The unit must be left securely locked upon check out and the key(s) returned to reception or in the event of early departure, the key is to be left in the green mailbox outside reception.

Refusal of Entry: Managers reserve the right to refuse return guests who have caused damage or disruption to the units and its guests on a previous stay and/or guests who have been evicted from other accommodation providers for same reasons or criminal behaviour.
